My Background

I have been on the faculty at Butler Community College since 1981. During that time, I have taken a personal interest in the effects of stress on one’s mind-body. A stress management course that I teach for college credit is offered in a variety of formats, including: online, small group, and independent study. Currently, I am taking Reiki training and have a keen interest in energy healing. I hold a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University (Ft. Lauderdale).
